Has the recipe changed?

The last two purchases of this product have been very disappointing. Not the soft, scented lip balm I’ve come to love. Instead, it was hard as a candle and unscented. I’m reluctant to purchase anymore to avoid disappointment and waste money.

Hi! I'm not finding you in our system based on your email so if you got it direct from us, no way this is possible, nothing has changed formula wise. Please tell us where you purchased these unscented candle type balms!! It sounds like you've received very old, expired products multiple times!!!
